The Swedish National Debt Office offers exchanges to bond SGB 1047 5% 1 Dec 20 during the period 13–14 November.

The Debt Office offers exchanges for SGB 1052 4.25% 12 Mar 19. The exchanges will be made price risk neutral.[1]

The exchange auctions were announced in the publication Central Government Borrowing – Forecast and Analysis 2014:2 in June.

The bid yield on the buy-back loan will be published at 10:45 am on our web site on the day of the auction.

Bids must be placed before 11:00 am on the day of the auction. The result will be published around 11:03 or somewhat later. Bids can only be made through primary dealers.

[1] The market value of the purchase and sale volume multiplied by the modified duration of each respective bond shall be equal.

[2] The stated nominal volume of loan 1047 is only an approximation calculated on the basis of current yields.
