Official documents

You can request access to an official public document via e-mail, letter, telephone, or visit.

Phone: +46 (0) 8 613 45 00 (reception)

When a request to disclose an official document is made, a confidentiality assessment is conducted. If we determine that, for confidentiality reasons, you will not be granted access to documents, you have the right to appeal that decision.

When you request access to an official document, you do not need to provide your name or the purpose of your request unless such information is required for assessing whether we can disclose the document. You should be aware that information provided electronically as part of your contact with the agency may, in turn, be considered public record and constitute an official document.

In some cases we charge a fee for disclosing official documents. If you visit us in person, you have the right to read the documents free of charge on site.
