A large part of our lending finances infrastructure projects such as Arlanabanan and the land connections to the Öresund Bridge.

Arlandabanan, the railway line between Stockholm and Arlanda Airport, was constructed by the private company A-Train AB, which now also runs the line. The railway is partly financed by a royalty loan from us.

The Swedish land connections to the Öresund Bridge are financed by means of loans from us to the Swedish parent company, Svedab. This differs from the financing for the bridge itself, which is effected through loans on the international credit markets with state guarantees.

Repayments by A-Train are based on the company's profits. The loan to Swedab will be amortised in connection with the Öresundsbro Consortium issuing dividends to its holding companies.
